Protection of minors
§ 10 JuSchG
On April 1st, 2016, the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) came into effect.
This law requires dealers who sell tobacco to carry out an age check.
M.ROSENFELD feels very committed to the protection of minors and now also applies this law to steam paste, steam stones and e-liquids.
Therefore, not only new customers, but unfortunately also already registered users who want to buy a product from the above-mentioned areas, have to undergo age verification.
For this it is necessary that your personal details are correct. Once the system detects a mismatch, authentication will fail.
The transmission of the data required for the age check is of course carried out according to the strict guidelines of the data protection law and only has to be carried out once per registered customer.
In the course of protecting young people and children, we ask for your understanding for this measure and thank you for your help.
When registering, new customers have the option of entering TOBACCO in the registration form if they already know that they want to buy tobacco. The age check then takes place when the purchase is completed, i.e. when checking out. With every further purchase under the same registration, the age check will always be valid.
Customers who are already registered and who want to buy tobacco without having already undergone an age check can add the word TABAK under "Change address". However, you will also be directed to this form from the tobacco category. The same applies here: A one-off verification is sufficient.
Additionally takes place at the Delivery of the goods an age check instead of. This means that the deliverer, in our case DHL, may only hand over a delivery containing tobacco, steam paste, steam stones or e-liquids to persons of legal age.
To do this, you can identify yourself with your ID card. Unfortunately, this also means that a delivery to a packing station or agreed storage locations is no longer possible! It may be necessary to update your delivery address here.
